Student Worker - Jumpstart Site Manager

Definition of Class

Jumpstart Site Manager Duties will include:

  • Conduct in-service training for 1 Jumpstart team
  • Lead and/or attend Corps member training events (potentially on weekends)
  • Drive team to/from Water Valley Head Start for every session visit on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • Refill van with gas
  • Conduct Observation & Feedback visits at least once per month (following Jumpstart guidelines/scope of sequence)
  • Collect attendance and JSSC from one team (to be given to Lead SM to input data)
  • Ensure Corps member time sheets are submitted on time and approve online times sheets via America Learns for 1 team.
  • Attend Site Manager meetings (will be scheduled at least once per month)
  • Assist in CELI office with files, paperwork, etc.


Jumpstart Site Manager Requirments:

  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
  • Must have experience working with children
  • Must be a senior or graduate student


Shift: Monday/Wednesday 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.


Pay Rate: $15/hr
