Position Description

 The Department of Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Mississippi is seeking an individual for a full-time, 12-month, tenure-track position. The candidate will be expected to establish and maintain an externally supported research program aligned with departmental objectives; teach in undergraduate, professional and graduate courses; mentor graduate students and research staff; and participate in service-related activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics or a closely related field. Postdoctoral experience is preferred. Applicants applying for the Associate Professor or full Professor position should have a nationally-recognized research program with recurrent success in securing extramural funding. Strong applicants will possess a distinguished research program commensurate with experience.
