Role Summary
Assesses stock supply and submits orders, verifies shipment receipt, and maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory records to ensure the unit has appropriate inventory.

Examples of Work Performed
- Receive and inventory incoming supplies and materials; verify quantity of received material against invoices
- Delivers materials to appropriate buildings; picks up materials from buildings to be returned to storeroom
- Picks up orders from vendors
- Cycle count inventory in warehouse;
- Maintain inventory records and alert supervisor of low inventory stock
- Keeps stockroom, loading dock, and other storage areas clean and orderly
Essential Functions
These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring department.
1. Tracks inventory levels and places replenishment orders following established vendor procurement procedures.
2. Inspects and inventories received items and processes notifications to appropriate entities.
3. Shelves inventory and maintains organization.
Minimum Education/Experience
Education: High School or Equivalent
Experience: (2) Two Years Experience
An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
