Job Information

The department of Human Resources is seeking a student worker to assist in the area of data operations.

Examples of Work Performed

  • Assists with onboarding new student employees
  • Gains experience navigating the University’s ERP system (SAP)
  • Verifies data in SAP and assists with data cleanup projects
  • Builds a working knowledge of the University’s organizational structure and workflow
  • Provides support in multiple functional areas in HR
  • General knowledge navigating Excel and managing spreadsheets
  • Begins to develop a current knowledge of HR laws and regulations; research topics as needed
  • Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources
  • Provides front-desk support; responds to inquiries and requests
  • Runs errand on campus
  • Cultivates interpersonal skills
  • Fosters time management skills
  • Maintains a satisfied level of customer service
  • Works proactively with other team members
  • Prioritizes activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects
  • Openly shares new ideas and information with other team members
